Ball Slam basic description – Elevating a weighted ball from ground to overhead followed by forcibly throwing the ball back to the ground

Performing the Ball Slam

  1. Feet are shoulder width apart, toes slight turned out
  2. Slam ball is overhead with arms extended
  3. Mid-section tight
  4. Throw the ball to the ground and catch it in a full squat before it is allowed to bounce a second time
  5. Stand up with the ball and bring it back to the overhead position for the next repetition
