Celebrate what you can do.
Yes, there is a lot out there that you can’t do.
There are skills you fumble at, likely even skills you desire that you’ll never attain.
There are folks next to you who are stronger and faster.
But then there is you.
There is the PR you just got. The bar you just lifted. The rep you just completed.
There is the workout you showed up to, and the effort you just poured into it.
There is the soreness of your muscles and the success of your hard work.
There is so much that you can do. So much that you have done.
Don’t look down and chide yourself for being too weak or too lazy.
Look up, pat yourself on the back, and celebrate what you are doing each and every day.
