Today is the day

Today is the day.

Today I am stronger, I am more resilient, I am faster.

Today I make the right choices, start the work that needs to be done, create the process to make myself better.

Today  I slow down and focus on technique, I focus on not letting go of that form even when I get tired.

Today I push myself just a little bit harder, just a little bit farther into my discomfort zone.

Today I will not say ‘tomorrow’, I will say ‘today’.
