Try to perfect every move, every lift, every skill.
Being able to do something is not enough. Being able to crank out a few reps is not enough.
You need to do it to depth. You need to get your chin over the bar. You need to pull at the right time, and get under at the right time. You need your feet in the right position, you need to use the right muscles.
You see, there is a lot you have to do. A lot that needs to flow correctly.
You will never get there if you accept crappy reps. You will never get there if you are OK with your form being just OK.
No. You have to be perfect. You have to strive for safety, improvement, efficiency, and perfection.
Don’t fall into the trap of just going through motions. THINK about them. Do them right. Seek perfection. Gain better fitness.
