The inner trash talk.

You need to stop that.

I could go on about how it will only cause frustration and failure, but in the back of your head you know that already.

I could mention that it isn’t productive and achieves no goals, but yet again, you know that already.

So why do you still do it?

Why do you still talk about how much you suck at some movement? Or go on about what you can not do?

Focus on the positive. Focus on how far you have come, on what you can do today. Focus on what you will improve tomorrow. Focus on achieving your goals.

Trash talking only takes energy away from that effort, and it only slows you down.

Think positive. Be positive. Work positive.
