No whining, or complaining or commiserating that you hate ‘_________’

Just do the work.

No excuses about why you can’t, no cherry picking the workouts that look easy.

Just show up.

No giving up or giving in.

Just get through it.

If you want to be better you have to endure the battles that will make you stronger. If you want to be faster you have to rise to the occasion when it comes to your weaknesses.

Waiting for it, hoping for it, praying for it, talking about it – it won’t get you goals.

Doing it will. Get to work
