    This journal is beautiful, clean, and so easy to use for logging CrossFit workouts. I love the added WOD package. I also use it to track supplemental run and gymnastics strength training. Highly recommend!

    I really like my journal. I helped design the cover, I modified the pages to my liking. It had the acronyms that I needed since there are so many in crossfit. It has the named WODs for you to annotate your time or reps so you see how you improved. It isn’t so bogged down with unnecessary items just to fill a page. I actually use the home WODs listed as well as the traveling WODs page when you can’t make it to crossfit. Very impressed at the time the person took to help me design my journal. She is very efficient, professional and quick to respond and get a proof to you to approve. Then she will email you to verify how you like it. Well done!

    I received the beginner version and I’m glad I did. The scaling pages and the pages for tracking your PRs is a great tool. I would rate the journal higher if there were more room to write the daily info. The way the layout worked out, my sections aren’t even and my OCD kicks in that each page doesn’t start out the same. They were printed ok but to maximize the pages, the sections continued rather than start anew. I do feel like that’s my fault for not reviewing the draft closely enough. That being said, the other sections make it worth it.

    When I began CrossFit this year, I began keeping my WOD notes on my cell phone. But I quickly realized that I am “old school” and preferred to document my progress by hand. My new journal is perfect! I’ve put in every WOD that I’ve this year (I CF 4-5x/week) and I more than enough pages to take me into 2016. The best part of my journal is that I personalized it. Best journal hands down.
