    Very personal experience. After I ordered a journal for my girlfriend a representative sent me an email confirming the final product and asked how we were doing on the Open WODs. Once I recieved the Journal it also had a handwritten note wishing us luck in our training. That kind of personal service is rare and definately appreciated.

    I had been looking for something to help better track my WODs and this was exactly what I was looking for! It has everything I need to make sure I’m getting better and look back on where I cam from. Erica was amazing in helping me customize it to exactly what I wanted. I thought customer service in America was dead but I was wrong. We emailed back and forth until it was perfect and it arrived on my door step in no time. I’ve already shown it to everyone and at least one friend has already placed an order! Once I fill this one up I’ll be back or if I need a gift for a fellow CrossFitter. Exceptional.

    The journal is excellent & looks great. Very impressed with the layout, front & back covers that you guys designed for us, & the the sayings at the top of each page, which add a great extra touch. The only downfall for us was forgetting that we work with kilos & not pounds, but now that we have that sorted, I can’t wait to experiment a bit more with our next order. We love them!

    I was quite pleased with my journal. I found the pages to be adequate in space and layout to record my progress. I love the resources available within the journal; the pictures demonstrating form are quite helpful! The only thing that I will need to modify is the food diary as I eat 6 small meals a day, so the breakfast, lunch, dinner model does not work for me. Otherwise, I find the journal to be well-organized, attractive, and motivating!
