A perfect companion to one of the regular journals or primer for a person new to CrossFit.

This Fitness handbook is perfect for someone just beginning their CrossFit journey or for those who want to nail down the basics and rock out some new PRs.

Daily Page – Choose the perfect training page for you. Pages are tailored to specific activities and have different layouts available. 1x layouts have 1 entry per page, giving more writing space. 3x layouts have 3 entries per page, making the journal last longer

Contents – If you select “Only Daily Pages” the journal will only have the daily page you chose. If you select the “Standard journal” your journal will include pages for keeping track of goals, nutrition, personal records and activity specific information.

Build a Journal – The Build a journal lets you select any page from our library to perfectly tailor the journal to your goals. The total amount of pages is 150 and the amount of “daily pages” is dictated by the amount of “content” pages you select. Content pages are any pages from the Build-a-journal library.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Please allow us 3 business days to create your order & ensure everything is perfect before we ship it out (we call this “Production”). If you requested a digital proof, please check your email for that, we will not print or ship until it is approved. Once shipped, your journal will arrive in 1-10 business days depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.

Do You Donate to Charities?

    I love the idea of it all! My biggest problem is I got the 2 workouts/ page one and I can’t fit my workouts in the tiny box. If it was blank pages and still had quotes up too and everything else I’d love it but I can’t even use my other one.

    I do like the journal, but I wish it was not so focused on crossfit. I do more Olympic Weightlifting so I wish there was more information on that.

    I feel like the book itself is too small. I would have expected the book to be a little bit bigger in size. Not a 8×11, but somewhere in between. Also I would have expected the covers to be more durable so as long as on one would need to use it.

    I just started using my journal. I only improvement I would recommend is some short of page holder (ribbon or band) for both the front (to keep your space on the next WOD) and the back (to log your weightlifting). Thanks

    This is probably our 6 or 7th time to order logbooks from JM. Each time had been smooth without issues, fast processing & shipping, and great communication. Every previous time, we got in touch with Erica. She is truly great at what she does.

    During our last order, we dealt with someone other than Erica and the experience wasn’t as seedless. We still ended up with an awesome product as usual, just took a little longer and communications wasn’t on par.

    We will continue to use JM as our clients love their logbooks, as well as we do as owners.

    I think this journal will work for the most part. But there a few things that are lacking.

    But first, I love the cover! The construction of the journal is great and the pages are laid out perfectly. And the quotes are awesome!

    I haven’t started using it yet because I have to find a way to add the few things that it is lacking. These are essential for me. It would be perfect if it had the following:
    *A few blank lined pages(maybe that was. An option and I missed it.)
    *2-3 blank weightlifting PR pages(like the ones in the hero’s section) so I can write in some of my own movements
    *a tabbed divider with pockets
    *maybe laminate the front and back covers to protect it from getting bent.

    I received the beginner version and I’m glad I did. The scaling pages and the pages for tracking your PRs is a great tool. I would rate the journal higher if there were more room to write the daily info. The way the layout worked out, my sections aren’t even and my OCD kicks in that each page doesn’t start out the same. They were printed ok but to maximize the pages, the sections continued rather than start anew. I do feel like that’s my fault for not reviewing the draft closely enough. That being said, the other sections make it worth it.

    The book looks awesome. It will definitely get a lot of use. However, I ordered the 4 entry per page LINED. Didn’t receive the LINED pages. Besides that looks good.

    Impressed by the customer service and the quality of the journal itself. Although I was disappointed by additional handling costs passed to me by Royal Mail and Customs I was refunded these costs very promptly.
    In terms if the picture I used for my cover it did not turn out very defined so choose downloaded images wisely and consult with the excellent staff before ordering.
    Would definitely order again.
