    How it works - Your Build-a-Journal is 150 pages. Choose the content pages you'd like in it and the rest will be the workout pages. For example, if you choose the Blank Goals (1pg), the Body Measurements (1pg) and the Weight Percentages (3pg) for a total of 5 content pages, then you would have 145 workout pages ( 150-5=145 ).

Writing down their goals gives your athletes a 42% better chance of completing those same goals and in the workout journal we’ve provided them with a large list for them to review and prioritize goals in one spot, as well as a goal checkoff on every workout page to remind your athletes to work on their goals every day.

Workout Pages – Easily Track Your Workouts 

The Wholesale workout journal has different workout page templates specifically designed for actual workouts, laid out to help write in the meaningful details that aid your athlete’s improvement. All of the workout pages include a quick section to track goals, nutrition, sleep and mobility, along with any notes from the day.

  • Weightlifting – Tracks Lifts: Sets and Reps
  • WOD – Tracks Strength and Metcons (metabolic conditioning)
  • Endurance – Tracks Distance, Pace and Elevation with plenty of space to write out notes

Personal Best Tables – Know their top performances

Your athletes can use their knowledge of their best performance to plan their lifts, PR attempts and recovery sessions. You can’t go for a back squat max every session, but by keeping track of lifts and movement progressions in one table, athletes can schedule their next attempts and work towards new personal records steadily and safely.

We’ve created dozens of pages in our libraries for you to pick from to help you make sure that your athletes are getting exactly the right journal for their needs. You know them best, but we want to help you set them up with a journal that will help them reach their goals.

The Pages

We use a sustainably-sourced and low-waste process to prepare each page. We print on a 24/70 weight bright white, opaque sheet that you can’t see through, even if you’re writing hard. On each page of the custom fitness journal is an inspiring quote or idea by some of history’s greatest writers and philosophers, there to motivate you to break out of the box and think in new ways.


The wholesale workout journal is spiral-bound by a thick, flexible black plastic binding that molds to a purse, gym bag and pops back to straight once it’s in their hand . The spiral allows them to lay the journal flat or display just the page they’d like when they’re crammed for space. No bending of the spine necessary.

Extra Pages

Each wholesale workout journal comes with 150 pages but you have the option to add up to 75 extra pages to your journal, allowing you to expand your journal entries by up to 50% at a small additional charge.

See-through Pocket

And if you’re like us, and absolutely have to write down ideas on whatever is nearby, we can add a see-through pocket to the wholesale workout journal so you can keep track of that new gym schedule, important post-it note or your next brilliant napkin idea!

Goal Bookmark

Perhaps one of the coolest additions to your wholesale workout journal is the goal bookmark, where they can write down their most meaningful goals, allowing them to keep those goals handy as they shift through the journal. We personally love this one! What a great way to keep goals present!

How it Works

What you need to do:

  1. Design your cover – if you have trouble, ask for help in the order notes and we will take what you have and make it look nice.
  2. Pick Your Pages – We will send you a pdf of your journal and you can remove/edit pages as desired.
  3. Special Requests – If you need a page, or want to modify one of our pages, let us know here.

What we do when we receive your order:

  1. Tweak Your Cover – We know the online cover designer is limited so we bring your design into our software and tweak it as necessary to make it look great, don’t worry, we’ll send you a proof for approval.
  2. Compile your pages – We lay out your pages logically, info in the front, workouts in the middle, PR tables and benchmarks in the back. Then we send a pdf for you to review.
  3. Build Your Page – If you have a special request we’ll try and build it out for you.
  4. Email you – We will email you the digital proofs for your approval.
  5. Approve and Print – If all looks good we will print your journals and ship them out. Delivery generally takes about 6-10 days for US orders.
