In it you will find pages dedicated to helping you set the perfect goals, create a nutrition plan, mobilize those tough to diagnose tight muscles and figure out the right workout progression to help you reach your goals. With customizable workout pages and content templates that allow you to track anything from weightlifting to CrossFit workouts, this is the perfect tool to help you reach your weightlifting goals.

The Cover

We use a thick, 300 gsm, polymer paper cover paper that is flexible, rip-proof and waterproof to protect your thoughts, workouts, ideas, recipes and inspirations while brilliantly displaying your art and color. You can choose whatever you want to go on your custom weightlifting journal and we will do our best to print it beautifully!

The Pages

We use a sustainably-sourced and low-waste process to prepare each page. We print on a 24/70 weight bright white, opaque sheet that you can’t see through, even if you’re writing hard (unless you’re using sharpies, no promises there). On each page of the custom weightlifting journal is an inspiring quote or idea by some of history’s greatest writers and philosophers, there to motivate you to break out of the box and think in new ways.

Printed-on Demand – We print each cover individually  on a thick, 300 gsm, polymer paper cover paper that is flexible, rip-proof and waterproof. You can choose whatever you want to go on your custom weightlifting journal and we will do our best to print it beautifully! Covers print almost exactly like the online cover designer, but definitely check the digital proof box if you want a preview of the exact pre-print or need some help.

All of the workout pages include a quick section to track your goals, nutrition, sleep and mobility, along with any notes from the day.

Personal Best Tables – Know your Maxes

You can use your knowledge of your best performance to plan your lifts, PR attempts and recovery sessions. You can’t go for a back squat max every session, but by keeping track of your lifts and movement progressions in one table, you can schedule your next attempts and work towards new personal records steadily and safely.

Info and Tools – Essential Info kept on-hand

The weightlifting journal has different levels of content depending on where you’re at in your weightlifting Journey. Each different level allows you to get the information you need to reach your goals. From

  • Just Workout Pages – nothing but workout pages
  • Strict – Add some goals and Personal Best tables to help you keep track of your progress
  • Experienced – Add a shopping list and mobility guide, along with some SMART goals to help you set meaningful goals. We’ve also got workout ideas and weight percentage charts to keep you picking the right weights.
  • Beginner – Add some more info on scaling and safe lifting, along with a deeper nutrition section. Also add some movement diagrams and breakdowns to keep you moving safely and efficiently

The custom weightlifting journal is spiral-bound by a thick, flexible black plastic binding that molds to your purse, gym bag and pops back to straight once it’s in your hand. The spiral allows you to lay your journal flat or display just the page you’d like when you’re crammed for space. No bending of the spine necessary.

Extra Pages

Each custom weightlifting journal comes with 150 pages but you have the option to add up to 75 extra pages to your custom weightlifting journal, allowing you to expand your journal entries by up to 50% at a small additional charge.

See-through Pocket

And if you’re like us, and absolutely have to write down ideas on whatever is nearby, we can add a see-through pocket to the custom weightlifting journal so you can keep track of that new gym schedule, important post-it note or your next brilliant napkin idea!

Goal Bookmark

Perhaps one of the coolest additions to your custom weightlifting journal is the goal bookmark, where you can write down your most meaningful goals, and keep them with you as you shift through the journal. We personally love this one! What a great way to keep your goals present!

    The personal service was great, it was rather surprising and pretty nice to know that the email asking to confirm my order came from an actual person and not just an auto mailer. Another thing that surprised me was the motivational quote at the head of each page. I didn’t anticipate that and thought it was a pretty nice touch. All in all, I’m very satisfied and will definitely recommend to others.
