  • How it works - Your Journal is 150 pages. Choose the content pages you'd like in it and the rest will be the workout pages.

    For example, if you choose the Blank Goals (1pg), the Body Measurements (1pg) and the Weight Percentages (3pg) for a total of 5 content pages, then you would have 145 workout pages ( 150-5=145 ).

    I love the 1x page fitness pages because I like to write a lot of notes and keep things organized, so I can easily glance back at my previous weights! I also love that I was able to include only the things that mattered to me — PR tables and journal pages, mostly, and I was able to include extra journal pages so my notebook lasts longer!
