    The journal was customized just the way I liked but the border label was printed in the middle of the page. Making it a little difficult writing in all my WOD info. Other then that I like the journal. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

    EDIT: They contacted me and replaced my journal since it was a printing error.

    I bought a Crossfit journal for my brother for Christmas and I just know he’s going to love it, not only because of how relevant it is to his whole Crossfit regimen (including his devotion to the Paleo diet) but also because of how well the JournalMenu team customized the cover for me. I sent them two photos of my brother and asked them to style the front & back covers however they thought best – and the end result is beautiful! I couldn’t have done it better myself.
    Plus, the price is very reasonable – I got what I paid for in terms of quality (I would have paid more for a hardcover, but it was not offered as an option), but I got much more than what I paid for regarding how they customized the front and back cover using the photos I uploaded. Additionally, the turn-around time was ridiculously awesome (less than 7 days for a completely customized product)! What a lovely company – Thanks so much!

    I was very pleased with the final product. I did think the cover would be a little sturdier but I didn’t pay enough for that so it’s ok. My only complaint was the website used for ordering – it didn’t work well at all with IE, if I had been given a heads up I would have started with Chrome and saved a lot of time and trouble.

    The turn around time was amazing and I’m very happy.

    First off, i have been working out on and off for a good part of the last 15 years. Until last year i never tracked any workouts, milestones or PR’s. Huge mistake. I have no idea what i benched when i weighed 185lb or 205lbs. No idea of mile times, 400’s or anything. After seeing someone at my box with the Jounal Menu, i picked one up to try it out and wouldnt think about working out without it. The journal menu not only tracks wods but every lift imaginable. I’ve seen other workout logs but this is by far the best for crossfitters and even non-crossfitters. I’m on my second book and refer to both my first book weekly to check similar wods and lifts. The journal menu is a must have for anyone looking to reach goals
